Callidus Roe was tasked to rationalise the number of bespoke communication designs.
By assessing which designs incorporated the most complex designs Callidus Roe was able to reduce 850 bespoke designs down to a manageable 250; greatly reducing end-user confusion.

Case Study
Callidus Roe was commissioned to undertake a four-month survey of Land and Maritime communication installations. The final report highlighted numerous areas for improvement leading to increased availability of equipment. The client added a further requirement and Callidus Roe conducted in depth analysis of the data performance of legacy cabling.
